8-10 peaches, peeled, pitted and halved
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup flour
3 tablespoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ cup almonds, sliced
Placed halved peaches pit side up in foil lined 12” Dutch oven. Combine flour, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together to form a crumb mixture. Place a tablespoon of mixture on top of each peach then top with sliced almonds. Bake over medium heat for 30-40 minutes or until peaches are tender and topping is toasted.
Serve warm with scoop of ice cream if desired.
