Spicy Collard Greens

6 slices bacon, diced
1-2 bunches collard greens
2 tsp 5 pepper seasoning blend
1 cup water.

Fry diced bacon in large skillet until crisp and fat is rendered. Meanwhile wash collards and cut off large stems. Roll together then slice into 1 inch strips. Add collards to skillet and sprinkle 5 pepper seasonings over greens. Add water and cook 15-30 minutes or until tender. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
