Sesame Spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 bags baby spinach
2 teaspoons sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in large skillet, add garlic, and sauté over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add sesame seeds, soy sauce and sesame oil stirring well, cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Gradually add the spinach, and cook until the spinach just begins to wilt, tossing frequently. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with remaining sesame seeds.
