PB Pudding Pie


1 Oreo Pie Crust

1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

2 cups cold milk, divided

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Pudding

1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, divided

2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided


In a large bowl add 1 cup milk to cream cheese and beat until well blended.  Add white chocolate pudding mix and beat for 2 minutes.   Stir in peanut butter and mix well. Add 1 cup Cool Whip and mix well. Spread mixture onto bottom of crust.  In another bowl mix chocolate pudding mix and 1 cup milk whisking for 2 minutes.  Spread mixture onto white chocolate layer to within 1 inch of edge.  Spoon remaining Cool Whip onto center of pie and spread to within 1 inch of edge.  Top with chopped roasted peanuts if desired.  Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
