Open Fire Pizzas


6 inch flour tortillas
1 small jar marinara sauce
Mozarella cheese
Toppings of choice

Spread desired amount of marinara sauce onto flour tortilla. Place desired toppings onto tortilla, then top with generous amount of Mozarella cheese.

Place a pizza rack or similar stand upside down onto the swing grill. Place a large camp Dutch oven lid onto rack and place coals onto lid. Carefully slide each tortilla under lid over medium high heat. Cook until tortilla is crispy and cheese is melted, replacing top coals as needed for additional pizzas.
