Key Lime Mouse Tarts

Key Lime Mousse Tarts

Yield: 30 phyllo dough cups (1-2 tablespoons each)


  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh key lime juice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 30 mini phyllo dough cups
  • Limes for garnish


  1. Combine the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in the bowl of your electric mixer. Whisk until smooth. Stir in the juice. Fold in your whipped cream and fill your little cups.
  2. Garnish with a mini lime wedge and/or lime zest. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
