Grilled Salmon

Grilled Garlic & Herb Salmon with Lemon Compound Butter

1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 lemons, zested
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
½ bunch dill, finely chopped
Kosher salt
Ms Dash garlic and herb seasoning
Olive oil
Salmon fillets, skin on

In a small bowl combine the butter, lemon zest, garlic and dill. Mix together until thoroughly blended. Season to taste with salt. Serve at room temperature.

Brush salmon fillets generously with olive oil. Season with garlic and herb seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Place the salmon skin side down on prepared swing grill and cook 6-8 minutes. Turn the salmon over and continue to cook to desired doneness turning from translucent orange to opaque pink. Remove from grill and top with compound butter.
