Crispy Potato Skins

4 large baking potatoes, baked

1 tsp ground cayenne pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp lemon pepper

1 pkg ranch dressing

¾ cup oil

8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

½ cup sour cream

4 green onions sliced


Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving a ¼ inch shell (save pulp for another use).  Combine next 5 ingredients in small bowl and whisk until combined well.  Brush potato skins with oil mixture well inside and out.  Place in DO over medium high heat with top coals for approximately 15-20 minutes turning over halfway in cooking time.  Sprinkle with bacon and cheddar cheese inside skins and bake until cheese is melted.  Top with sour cream and onions.
