Corn Salad

2 packages (10-oz) frozen corn, thawed
1 cups diced green bell pepper
1 cups diced sweet red bell pepper
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup chopped green onions
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon hot sauce
3 tablespoons oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 tablespoons lime juice

Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix together oil, cumin, salt, pepper, hot sauce, garlic and lime juice. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss well. Chill for 1 hour prior to serving.
