Coconut Custard Pie

Coconut Custard Pie

Dutch Oven: 12”


5 eggs

1 ½ cup whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

¼ teaspoon salt

¾ cup sugar

1 tablespoon corn starch

1 cup coconut

1 9” deep dish pie crust


Mix all ingredients.  Pour mixture into pie shell.  Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
