Old Fashioned Chocolate Bread Pudding
6-8 day old Buttermilk biscuits
3-4 cups milk
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup cocoa
1 egg beaten
Crumble biscuits into small crumbles. Gradually stir in milk until mixture is consistency of cake batter. Stir in sugar, vanilla, cocoa and beaten egg and mix well. Pour batter into a well greased skillet or 12” Dutch oven and bake at 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until firm to touch.
