Bucket Steak

1 bucket of Bucket Steak (now if you can’t find real life bucket steak you can use cube steak

flour, enough to use in a dredge

buttermilk, enough to use in a dredge

salt and pepper to taste

vegetable oil for frying



Drain juices out of bucket.  Take one piece of steak and cover in flour, dip in the buttermilk, then back in the flour.  Make sure to cover steak completely.  Place steak in preheated oiled skillet.  Cook steak for 3 to 5 minutes, over medium high heat, on each side or until brown.
