Basghetti Pie
Serves 4-6
8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 ½ cups Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
½ cup ricotta cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
½ pound ground beef
½ pound ground Italian sausage
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Cook ground beef and sausage until lightly browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk the dressing together with the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and eggs until smooth. Add the meat and the pasta to the ricotta mixture and stir until combined.
Place mixture in a 9-inch baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Place baking dish in a 12” Dutch oven with baker’s rack inside. Bake with top coals for 25-35 minutes until bubbly and browned.
Let stand for 10 minutes prior to serving.
