To quote a portion of the Resolution:

"BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, That Johnny Nix is most highly honored and commended, and this resolution is offered in admiration and appreciation to him in recognition of his outstanding culinary achievements, along with best wishes for continuing success far into the future."
